Parents Matter Week Activites
Parents Matter at T.A. Norris Middle School! Our Top Wolves Leadership group has created a list of activities your family can do together.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15
Photo Scavenger Hunt (runs all week)
Take pictures of student + parent at each of the following:
- in front of the 12-Foot Davis Statue in Riverfront Park
- in front of TA Norris Middle School
- with a dessert of your choice
- at Tim Hortons
- in a park of your choice
Put all photos in a folder and email to untereil@prsd.ab.ca
The best photos received by Monday, November 22 at 9:00 a.m. will win a prize!
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 16
Students will be writing cards of appreciation for their parents & caregivers. They are also encouraged to write a social media post with the hashtags #ParentsMatter and #TANorris
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17
Students will be bringing home Bingo cards with ways to show their appreciation to parents and caregivers.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18
Tictok Dances
Take a video of student + parent doing a Tiktok dance (guide here) to one of the following:
- Gift Up
- Party, Party, Party
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Ride It
- Spooky Skeleton
- Broken Clock Whoa
- Why You So Obsessed With Me?
- Cradles
- What All Do You Want From Me?
- Renegade
- Submit your video to untereil@prsd.ab.ca
The most enthusiastic dancers may just show up on social media :)
